Eat only foods that are found in nature

Natural fruit and veg are the best for you and if it can be eaten raw then don't cook it.

Its all the preservatives, additives, colourings and added salt/sugar thats bad for you.  Items that say no sugar are even worse as they contain artificial sweetners that are worse than sugar.  So all the diet stuff is NOT GOOD for you!  Be careful and dont fall for the diet marketing trick.  No sugar does not mean healty.

If you have not been eating enough fruits and vegetables, before you start this healthy way of eating,  a few people might get some natural detox symptoms (headache, dizzy,  tummy problems, trouble sleeping) This would be because your have been eating processed foods and lots of sugar and caffeine etc so your body is clearing itself out naturally.  Keep up your water intake and after a couple of days these should clear up.

-Try eating from the rainbow.  1 fruit or veg from each colour of the rainbow each day.
-Water - our bodies are made up mainly of water so make sure you drink enough each day to keep your body healthy and able to naturally detox.
-Step up your daily excercise.  Go for walks, enjoy nature.  Force your self to get out there each day adn the fitter you get the better you will feel.  Being out doors in the sunshine is far better than being inside a gym for Vit D from the sun.  Its good for you.
-Remember to put on your sunscreen.

If you have any health problems check with your dr regarding changes to your diet /medication if necessary.
